It is not every day that your article gets published in Delo-Znanost (Science supplement of a newspaper). In fact, it is the first time for me. It is not "a fork in a road" but it feels ok.
Sorry, had some problems with browser. Seems to be quite a lot of activity around lake Bled lately. I was just attending about some lectures about modelling nutrients, etc in the lake (I hope that the word modelling doesn't make you spots).
Of course I can explain. I have two reasons: first, it is because also my non-Slovenian friends are reading my blog, and second, I want to practice. I belong to the group of people who have a liking for other people who try to speak/write in a foreign language. If I would read a blog from foreign guy and it would be in Slovenian, oh, man, I would have been impressed. Some small mistakes might be very attractive; it is a sort of a personal note. Of course, as long as it is not for educational purposes, you know, I will not publish a book or anything…it is just my blog. In June I passed the FCE without a problem, so they must have thought that my basic English is good enough. I believe them. I will be doing a lot of mistakes in the future, I know that but that’s me. One can not be good on all fields. I don't mind being over-exposing with my bad English. Practice will not worsen my situation. My goal is that people understand my sentences. So, did you understand my answer although it hasn’t been written in a good English? If so, my purpose has been achieved.

Planktopeptini?
Did you read it and still don't know? Cyclic peptides isolated from an organism Planktothrix rubescens from Lake Bled.

Can you please explain why not publishing in your native language? You're over-exposing yourself with bad English. Or do you just want to practise?

Correcting mistakes - I don't mind being over-exposed with my bad English.
