a great weight has been lifted off my shoulders

Pretty useless feeling, getting my PhD and all that. Nevertheless, it is great. If you need any recommendations, I strongly recommend that on D day you buy yourself a sorting box and crazy boxer shorts, it works perfectly ;).

What’s next? Greece, summer and windsurfing, here I come :).

Great news, itn@!

I just got back from hiking in the heart of our Alps, and you won't believe who I stumbled upon: Ajda!! your surfing buddy. We had great weather and we also thought of you and your late PhD. Did it help? :)

Bye, I whish you a nice summer.

Bo, it is always helpful when somebody think of me in a positive way. So, thank you both. In contrast to majority of “city-people” who are quite unhappy that our city is so small, I quite enjoy that "it’s a small world" thing :).

Mark, will you please keep your fingers crossed for the wind? What if I am a "wind-killer" or something and I don't even know yet?!

Great news is your PhD, of course, with Ajda and the mountains it was more of a funny news. :)

And small world indeed, only 40 thousand kilometers or so around.

It is almost a shame we cannot invest that weight that got lifted into something useful. Wouldn't it be great if one could, I don't know, use it when building a house or something? :)

In any case, I hope you already feel the pleasure of the time that comes after such a big thing that took years to happen.

By the way, we are not officially PhD people yet, we'll have to wait until September or something to get the official promotion that the university's rector gives. But, do we care? ;)

Like you said, the burden is converted into a good mood. About the official thing, I don't care. For me it is over and to be honest, looking back it really doesn't not seem such a biiiig thing to me.
